Who we are
Aleph Developments ("we", "us", "our") operates TakeHomePay.live (the "Service") and acts as the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Service. You can reach us at contact@takehomepay.live.
The figures you enter stay on your device
The paycheck calculator runs entirely in your browser. The salary, pay frequency, filing status, and deduction figures you type are used to compute results locally and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We do not require an account, and we cannot see what you calculate.
Information we collect
We do not operate first-party analytics or ask for personal details. Two limited categories of data exist:
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived server request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations, as virtually every website's infrastructure does.
- Advertising cookies. Described in the next section.
If you buy an ad-free pass, our payment processor handles the transaction and we receive only a payment reference and status — never your card number.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
This site is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. Please note:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, a consent message is shown before any personalized advertising cookies are set, and you can decline or change your choice at any time. Buying an ad-free pass removes ads for your browser.
US state privacy rights
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to access or delete it, to correct inaccuracies, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information. To opt out of targeted advertising, use the Google and industry opt-out links above. To exercise any other right, email us and we will respond within the timeframe your state's law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
EU and UK rights
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, the right to withdraw consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lawful bases are consent (for personalized advertising, where required) and legitimate interests (for security and basic operation of the site).
Cookies
We do not set first-party tracking cookies. Advertising cookies, if any, are set by Google and its partners as described above, and a small local preference may be stored in your browser to remember an ad-free pass. You can clear all of this at any time through your browser settings.
Children
TakeHomePay.live is a general-audience site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Accuracy disclaimer
The calculator provides estimates for informational purposes only and is not tax, legal, or financial advice. Tax rules change and individual circumstances vary — confirm figures with a qualified tax professional or the IRS before relying on them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be noted prominently.
