We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on any Ad-Free Pass purchase. If you change your mind, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your transaction date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or contact us and we will help arrange the refund through Paddle.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
